This Weeks Dangerously Fit Workout

Warm up - Easy pace jog 2 min's followed by 5 minute dynamic warm-up.

Work out: Set up 8 stations - 1 exercise per station, perform each exercise for 1 min, perform 3 sets at each station.

  1. Sand bag push press
  2. Squat and jump
  3. Russian twist
  4. Rest
  5. Step-up's
  6. Olympic ring rows
  7. Burpees
  8. Rest

Warm down - 5 mins

Stretch
